Enquiry Form. Having reserved your holiday dates (your option
will be held for 48hours) please complete the booking
form and post or E-mail to our address. |

| Deposit and Balance |
| Our prices are per property and include bed
linen. We make up all beds prior to your arrival and in the
case of longer bookings we change linen at the end of each week.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance
is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. For bookings taken within
8 weeks of your holiday start date, payment is required in full. |

| Short Breaks |
| From late September to mid May
we welcome guests for short breaks away. Up to four nights are
charged at 66% of the weekly price. Please telephone for more
details. |

| Special Offers |
| Take advantage of our '10 days for the price
of 7' offer when booking Christmas week and New Year week. See
the special offers page on this web site for current offers
through out the year. |
 |
| Electricity and Logs |
| Electricity is charged by means of pre-payment
meters (£1 coins). Unlimited logs per week are charged at £15.
Logs for the BBQ are free of charge. |
 |
| Additional Items |
High Chairs and Cots cost £5.00 each
per week (please bring your own cot linen).
Pets are charged at £25.00 per week for 1 pet and £15.00
per week for a second. (Sorry, no pets 17th July-4th Sept 2010). |

| Bed Linen Discount |
| If you would prefer to bring your own bed
linen, then discount £5 per bed from the weekly cost (1 duvet
and 2 pillows per bed supplied). |

| Grocery Delivery Service |
| If you'd like your holiday grocery shopping
arranged our local stores can take your order and deliver it
directly to your accommodation prior to your arrival. Details
are sent following receipt of your final balance. |

| Home Cooking Service |
| We have a large chest freezer in our reception,
which is kept stocked with freshly prepared main dishes, desserts
and cakes. Just help yourself when you arrive and relax. |
 |
| Our Reception |
| Our reception is well stocked with maps,
leaflets, guides and DVDs. Childrens games, toys, wellingtons
and overalls are free to borrow. There is a large fridge restocked
daily with milk, bread, eggs, butter, fruit juices and clotted
cream for your convenience. |

| Maid Service |
| A mid week clean can be booked at £9 per
hour (minimum of two hours) |

| Terms and Conditions |
| 1. |

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation
at our own discretion. |

Holidays start at 3.00pm on your first day
and end at 10.00am on your final day. We would ask that you
observe these times so that we can properly service all our
accommodation. |
| 4. |

We reserve the right to charge for damage
caused by guests, their family or pets, although we do not normally
charge for minor breakages. |
| 5. |
|
We hereby formally disclaim any liability
for any losses or injury sustained by guests or their property. |
| 6. |
|
Any charges for your holiday or additional
goods or services not already pre-paid are payable on arrival. |
| 7. |
|
We reserve the right to enter your accommodation
as necessary. |
| 8. |
|
The Hirer is advised to take out his/her
own Holiday Cancellation Insurance. In the event of the Hirer
cancelling a holiday more than twelve weeks before the commencement
date, he will not be held liable to pay the Balance of the Hire.
If the holiday is re-let the deposit will be refunded less a
£50 cancellation fee. In the event of the Hirer cancelling a
holiday within twelve weeks of the commencement date, the Hirer
shall be liable to pay the Full Balance of Hire unless the holiday
is re-let, in which case any monies paid will be refunded less
a £50 cancellation fee. All cancellations should be notified
in writing to Coombe Mill. |

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation
at any time, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund
of any monies already paid. |
| 10. |
|
Should your accommodation become uninhabitable
during your stay through no fault of yours and we have no alternatives
available, you will be entitled to a refund of all monies paid
to us on a pro rata basis to the amount of your holiday that
was affected. |
| 11. |
|
The Hirer is responsible for the property
and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment,
utensils, etc., should be left clean and the property left clean
and tidy at the end of the hire period. |
