The main hub of downstairs is the welcoming kitchen/dining room complete with sofas, breakfast bar and wood burning stove for easy family living. The kitchen/dining area opens out with twin double doors onto the private walled patio garden. This room is one for sharing at more than just meal times. There is a separate laundry and cloakroom, a modern living room with feature wall mounted 50 inch television and a separate full size play room filled with toys for the children together with their own television and DVD player.
The Kitchen leads out through double patio doors into a delightful enclosed garden complete with hot tub and built in BBQ. A personal space you will find hard to leave!
To the front of the property there is parking and direct access to the public front lawns with play areas and the Coombe Mill railway which runs daily. The lawn is river fronting, perfect for anglers and beautiful to sit and watch or listen to at any time of year.
