From Exeter
Take A30. After Launceston take A395 then A39 to Camelford. After Camelford turn left on to the B3266 to Bodmin. After 3 miles turn left to St Breward and Coombe Mill. Fork right to Coombe Mill. Take next left to 'Coombe' and Penrose Burden. Drive down the hill to Coombe Mill.
From Plymouth
Take A38 to Bodmin. At Bodmin take A389 to Wadebridge. 1 mile after Dunmere Bridge turn right on to B3266 to Camelford. 1 mile after Longstone turn right to St Breward. Take 2nd left, after road narrows and before bridge signed Michaelstow and Camelford. Take next right to 'Coombe' and Penrose Burden. Drive down hill to Coombe Mill.
Across Bodmin Moor
Keep on the A30 towards Bodmin. Look for Jamaica Inn and Temple. (You will pass under a bridge and see a lake on your right.) ¾ mile later turn right off the dual carriageway to St Breward. After 2 miles turn right to St. Breward. On reaching the village turn left. 1/2 mile after the village shop turn sharp right to 'Coombe'. Continue down hill until you cross the river.
Following a Sat. Nav. System
From the A30 take the Camelford / North Cornwall Exit even if your sat nav does not tell you to. Reset your Sat Nav in Camelford to PL30 4LZ. Allowing the Sat Nav to take you to Bodmin will increase your journey time.
