  These wooden lodges are small and compact for a family holiday on a budget. They are situated in a beautiful location and make a great holiday base at affordable prices all year round in the heart of the Coombe Mill Estate.

Other Facilities

Wi fi

At Coombe Mill we have free wi fi for our guests. The signal is strong and is reaches across the farm and inside the properties. There is no key or code to worry about although you will go via our intranet page which also gives you useful farm updates and information on local companies offering discount to Coombe Mill guests so worth logging in!

BBQs

On our front lawns are 2 large purpose built BBQs together with serving tools. Please feel free to light up and use them at any time. There are also smaller BBQs in the log store which can be taken around the grounds or into your garden. Perhaps most impressive is our seats 15 indoor BBQ. Toasty and warm . Light up and enjoy all weather BBQs in any season with room for 2 or more families to share.

Log stores

These are located around the grounds and kept pilled with logs for the wood burning stoves and BBQs. Use of the wood for the wood burner is charged at £15 for the week. It is free to use on the BBQ.

Bike Store

A dry bike lock up point is available at the rear of the main log store. Please bring your own chain and lock for this

The Gym

We have an indoor Gym which is for over 14 years only. It includes a substantial multi gym, cross trainer, rowing machine and bike. Lighting, TV and heating is operated by a meter box so your session may occasionally cost a pound. The wonderful views over the river are free! Outside equipment is located next to the gym providing a little gentle fun for all.

The Phone Box

Mobile signal is still poor down here in the valley unless you can connect to UMA on the mobile via our internet. Otherwise we have an old fashioned pay phone in the car park which will do the job.

The Laundry

A well equipped laundry with washing machines, tumble driers, iron and board and outdoor whirly gig is available for use by those in the riverside lodges. They are £1 coin operated

Grocery Deliveries

Free delivery of your shopping on arrival from our local St Breward Stores. Order before hand and pay during your stay.

Pizza and newspaper Deliveries

Order via St Breward Post office and internet cafe during your stay and they will deliver here for you

Recycling

Not much goes to waste at Coombe Mill. We have recycling points around the properties Mill for your convenience all labeled up with what they take. There are also general waste bins although we encourage all our guests to save their vegetable scraps for our animals and bring them on the tractor rides in the mornings.

Orchard

Our orchard is developing nicely and free for you to amble through and collect the fruits of our labour!

Badminton

The is a Badminton Net set up on the front lawn. Rrackets and shuttle cocks are available to borrow from our reception shop.
