| Disabled Facilities |
| Several cottages and lodges are accessible
and have ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms as well as ramped
access. |

| Free Fishing |
| Free fishing is available all year round
for the exclusive use of our guests. We have two fishing lakes
and private river fishing along the banks of the River Camel. |
|
| Beginners Lake - A mix of carp and
roach are stocked from 1lb upwards. Youngsters and beginners
will have great fun and a seasoned fisherman will have no difficulty
with this beautiful lake. |
|
| Carp Lake - This spring fed lake is
well stocked with carp up to 20lbs. It is extremely pretty,
quiet and secluded yet close to the accommodation. |
|
| River Fishing - River fishing is free
of charge but guests must hold an appropriate rod licence. There
are no limitations on the type of tackle or bait you use. The
trout season runs from 1 April to 30 September and the salmon
season extends to 15 December. |

| Fishing Tackle - Rods, nets and basic
tackle are kept at reception and there is an extensive range
of equipment available at a tackle shop nearby. |
|
| Animal Feeding |
| There is a daily tractor and trailer ride
to feed the many child friendly farm animals. A real hands on
opportunity for all ages! |

| Outdoor Equipment |
• Children's play area including full
size play tractor.
• Under 5's separate fenced play area.
• Indoor soft play area for under 5's.
• Two huge purpose built covered barbecues with free logs.

| Grocery Delivery Service |
| If you'd like your holiday grocery shopping
arranged our local stores can take your order and deliver it
directly to your accommodation prior to your arrival. Details
are sent following receipt of your final balance. |

| Home Cooking Service |
| We have a large chest freezer in our reception,
which is kept stocked with freshly prepared main dishes, desserts
and cakes. Just help yourself when you arrive and relax. |

| Our Reception |
| Our reception is well stocked with maps,
leaflets, guides and DVDs. Childrens games, toys, wellingtons
and overalls are free to borrow. There is a large fridge restocked
daily with milk, bread, eggs, butter, fruit juices and clotted
cream for your convenience. |
