Heligan

Child Friendly Scandinavian lodge - sleeps 7

Designed for today’s modern family, Heligan is a contemporary and spacious log cabin. Built in 2006 to our own design by a local moorland company, the high ceilings, airy light feel, vast open plan living and beautiful setting make this one of Coombe Mill's most popular properties. With ramped access, parking directly behind the property and downstairs bedrooms and bathroom, Heligan is suitable for a partially disabled family member.

Upstairs

Simply a spacious King size double bedroom en-suite with minstrel gallery down to the Kitchen / dining room.

Downstairs

Open plan at the front for the kitchen/livingroom/dining room. All the modern appliances you might expect in the kitchen together with feature log burner in the living room. To the rear a small hallway leads to a single bedroom, 2 further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom

Outside

A large decked veranda to the front is enclosed, perfect for toddlers and pets and eating outside. This leads out onto the lawns and down to the river, beyond which the animals can be seen in the grazing fields. To the sides of Heligan are Pencarrow and Trebah and there is ample parking at the rear.
