Trebah

Child Friendly Scandinavian lodge - sleeps 4

Trebah is a new generation eco Scandinavian lodge specially designed for a family of 4. It has efficient under floor heating from a ground source pump and solar panels to heat the water. Trebah is a contemporary and spacious log cabin. Built in 2010 by a local moorland company to our own design, Trebah is one of Coombe Mill's most popular properties. A truly modern, light and airy feel throughout with high ceilings and good size windows. The feature wood burner, 6ft master bedroom and upstairs play room are the real winners in Trebah.

Upstairs

Simply a huge spacious play room for the children filled with toys

Downstairs

Open plan at the front for the kitchen/livingroom/dining room. All the modern appliances you might expect in the kitchen together with feature log burner in the living room.

To the rear a small hallway leads to a master bedroom with ensuit shower room, further twin bedroom and a family bathroom

Outside

A decked veranda and enclosed private garden are perfect for toddlers and pets and eating outside. A beautiful view from the garden across the open lawns to the river with the fishing lakes and animal grazing fields in the distance. There is ample parking to the rear with Heligan on one side and Trevarno the other.

Trebah has a ramped access and downstairs bedrooms and bathroom, however the bathroom is not a wet room and not disable friendly.

Towels

Please bring your own, if you forget we do hire towels at £1 per towel, if you know you want to hire ours (they are not the best!) please pre book as we do not have enough for everyone!

Electric

There is a pre payment meter taking £1 coins in Trebah.

Log Burners

We charge £15 for use per week and this includes a starter kit and free logs for the week. No Coal please in Trebah as it will crack the wood burner.

Cots, Mosses baskets and High chairs

£5 each. Please bring your own cot linen.

Dogs

Dogs are charged at £25.00 per week for 1 pet and £15.00 per week for a second. (Sorry, no dogs in the school summer holidays). Cats are not permitted.

Cleaning Service

A mid week clean can be booked at £12 per hour (minimum of two hours).

Baby Sitting

If you fancy an evening out, just give us some notice and we will try to arrange a babysitter for you.
