Log Fires, Autumn Colours and Breathtaking Scenery
Take a break in autumn and relax amidst the peace and beauty of our quiet estate. If it's a rest you need, then you'll sleep deeply at Coombe - there's not a sound to wake you. In the morning you can wander lazily around the grounds, chat to the animals, have a fish or simply sit and watch the wildlife go about their business.
Getting out and about is easy. You can walk from your door along ancient footpaths to our excellent local pub and see the village with its coastal views. The beaches are nearby, the coastal paths well signed and the heights and mysteries of Bodmin Moor are on our doorstep for you to explore.

We've historic houses at Pencarrow and Lanhydrock and famous gardens at Trebah, Treliske and the spectacular Lost Gardens of Heligan. Quaint fishing villages dot the coastline at Port Isaac, Port Quinn, Rock and Padstow, the latter also boasting Rick Stein's Seafood restaurant, while Cornwall's Eden Project is under half an hour away and much more besides. After a day out exploring you can always return to Coombe and laze in front of the log burner and just enjoy the views. And at Christmas and New Year you'll find plenty of cheer as our tree lights go up for a fun and festive season.
So, be it frosty morning walks or cosy days spent relaxing inside, you'll find it at Coombe Mill - the perfect retreat for a special break away.
