Make Yours a Coombe Mill Christmas

Posted on September 15th, 2014

Christmas is a time to enjoy with family, a magical experience for children and one we all strive to make special without breaking the bank or causing stress.  Here at Coombe Mill we could have just the answer to your perfect family festive break. Imagine cosy log burners to cuddle up by and watch the Christmas movies, 30 acres of stunning woodland, meadows and play areas to explore, daily farm rides for the children and helping Farmer Nick hay up the animals and a Christmas train each afternoon to excite and tire the children each day. Help us with some Christmas crafting fun and decorate your own real Christmas Tree just as you want it with our box of lights and baubles all ready for your arrival.

Make yours a Coombe Mill Christmas

Every year we welcome families to the farm at this special time of year. It makes the ultimate Christmas gift for all the family and ensures everyone relaxes and enjoys the holiday with your own personal preparations taking place before you arrive.

Scandinavian Lodges at Coombe Mill

Our properties are warm and inviting with home from home comforts as we know only too well the importance of providing all the things you might need. Our huge borrow room is packed with everything from toilet training seats to farm overalls so you can pack light in the knowledge we have it covered here for you.

Christmas Eve is extra special with a super nutritious breakfast for the deer since they are on standby for Father Christmas and need much looking after. The man in red and his elves join our Christmas train ride with presents for all the children before we open up our house for supper and drinks for all. This is a relaxed evening with just a short stroll back to your property to prepare fireplaces for the day ahead.

Christmas Eve Party at Coombe Mill Holidays

On Christmas morning Farmer Nick runs the tractor rides an hour late to allow family time first thing. Join us to feed the animals while the turkey cooks in the oven. We can even order and deliver a turkey for you with our local farm friends.
