Eden, named after the famous Eden Project in Cornwall, is an eco-friendly lodge that is both spacious and modern inside and located central to the Coombe Mill estate being next door to the children’s indoor soft play barn. The morning tractor and trailer ride around the farm runs from just outside Eden so this lovely holiday lodge couldn’t be more perfectly placed.
Eden is a contemporary and spacious Holiday Lodge here in Cornwall. It has a vast upstairs master bedroom en-suite and a large quad bedroom downstairs, which is perfect for children to share. There is also a separate twin bedroom giving plenty of room for a larger family or extended family.
Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs and a private enclosed garden making this holiday lodge popular for those with young children and dogs.

Kids will love the farm fun at Coombe Mill. Acres to explore with friendly farm animals all year round.
Animals – We have a wide range of animals around the farm. See them on the feed run or enjoy visiting the animals around the farm at your own pace.
Daily Farm Rides – 9am each morning except Wednesdays and Saturdays. Join Farmer Emma on the tractor to have a hands-on experience with our farm animals.
Fishing – We have a course fishing lake and fishing on the River Camel. Perfect for fisherman of all abilities with rods available to borrow. (Rod licence required.)
Multiple outdoor play areas – toddler trikes, swings for different ages, slides, zip wire. Sandpit with mini diggers. Badminton, football and cricket. Crazy golf course with 7 holes.
Indoor play areas – games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and air hockey. Soft play barn with ball pit for children age 5 and under.
Barbeque area and pizza oven – large outdoor barbecue and pizza oven available for your use. 15-seater indoor barbeque hut allowing warn and dry barbeques all year.
Activities around the farm – enjoy the wildlife trail, welly walk and fairy garden. Explore the rivers, lakes and paths whilst exploring the 23-acre farm.
Layout and floor plans
Downstairs – Large open plan kitchen/living room/diner with a twin bed room with Zip Link beds which can be made as a double or twin beds. A quad bedroom towards the rear of the property and a family bathroom.
Upstairs – Large king bedroom with en suite shower room.
Outside – Large private garden with decking overlooking the main car park. Parking for Eden is in the main car park with a 10 second walk up the path to the front of the property.
Eden has a slight hill leading to the property with a small step up onto the decking.

Cots – One full-size wooden cot available. Any subsequent cots will be travel cots. Please specify which room you would like the cots placed.

Blackout Blinds & Bed Guards – Please specify which room you would like these in.
Stair Gates – We have stair gates built into the property at both the top and bottom of the stairs
Extras you might want
Log Burner – £20 per week – Log burner starter set including matches, firelighters, kindling and logs with an unlimited supply of logs throughout your stay.
Dogs – We allow up to two dogs in Eden at a cost of £30 for one or £60 for two a week.
Please be aware that we request no dogs are left behind in the properties and are on a lead around the farm. Ask about which field they’re allowed off the lead in.
Electric Charging Port – We have an electric charging port in the main car park. This is 7.2kw and will incure an extra charge of £40 a week if used.
Generally no other pets, please call with specific enquiries.
Honesty Shop – We have a small honesty shop selling simple essentials like tea, coffee, toilet roll, washing up liquid and simple cans
Supermarket – Major supermarkets in Bodmin and Wadebridge as well as a small Co-op in Camelford.
Most major supermarkets deliver to us but make sure you include the property name & booking name on the order to ensure it finds you.
