Eden is the first holiday lodge we introduced back in 2004. It was designed and built by our friendly moorland building Company. The format was so popular the footprint was used to develop Heligan and Pencarrow 2 years later. Eden, named after the famous Eden Project in Cornwall, is an eco friendly lodge which is both spacious and modern inside and located central to the Coombe Mill estate being next door to the children’s indoor soft play barn. The morning tractor and trailer ride around the farm runs from just outside Eden so this lovely holiday lodge couldn’t be more perfectly placed.
Eden is a contemporary and spacious Holiday Lodge here in Cornwall. It has a vast upstairs master bedroom en-suite and a large quad bedroom downstairs, which is perfect for children to share. There is also a separate twin bedroom giving plenty of room for a larger family or extended family. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs and a private enclosed garden making this holiday lodge a popular for those with young children and dogs.
Accessibility & Parking
Downstairs – Large open plan kitchen/living room/diner with a twin bed room with Zip link beds in which can be made as a double or twin beds. A quad bedroom towards the rear of the property and a family bathroom.
Upstairs – Large king bedroom with en suite showeroom.
Outside – Large private garden with decking overlooking the main car park
Eden has a slight hill leading to the property with a small step up onto the decking.
Parking for Eden is in the main car park with a 10 second walk up the path to the front of the property.
Wi-Fi – Wi-Fi is available in areas of Eden lodge with access best closer to the windows.
Heating – Eden has heating provided by the night storage heaters downstairs as well as the fitted electric radiators and wood burner available to hire
Hot Water – Eden‘s hot water is on a timer and you will have access to the immersion in the cupboard under the stairs.
Dogs – £30* – We allow up to two dogs in — per booking at a cost of £30 for one or £60 for two a week.
Please be aware that we request no dogs are left behind in the properties and are on a lead around the farm. Ask about which field they’re allowed off the lead in.
Generally no other pets, please call with specific enquiries.

Daily Farm Rides – 9am each morning except Saturdays- Join Farmer Emma on the tractor to have a hands on experience with our farm animals.
Fishing – Rod licence required – We have two course fishing lakes. Perfect for fisherman of all abilities with rods available to borrow.

Cots – – One full size wooden cot available, any subsequent cots will be travel cots.
High Chairs – – Simple wipe down plastic high chairs, no harness included.
Stair Gates-We have stair gates built into the property at both the top and bottom of the stairs
Log Burners – £20 – Log burner starter set including matches, fire lighters, kindling and logs with unlimited supply of logs throughout your stay.
Honesty Shop – We have a small honesty shop selling simple essentials like UHT milk, jam, sugar, rice as well as home cooked meals, and pizzas in the freezer.
Village Shop – In the village there is a friendly local shop that stocks all the extras you might need.
Supermarket – Major supermarkets in Bodmin and Wadebridge as well as a small co-op in Camelford.
Most major supermarkets deliver to us but make sure you include the property name & booking name on the order to ensure it finds you.
